By accessing or using RealBook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RealBook is a cloud-based inventory management platform that enables businesses to track stock, manage suppliers, process purchase orders, and generate analytics reports.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for illegal purposes.
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. RealBook does not claim ownership of your inventory data, supplier information, or other business content. You grant RealBook a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Service Availability
RealBook strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before termination. RealBook may retain data as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
